The Robert J. Waters Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) is pleased to announce the membership of Activ Doctors Online as the newest Executive Level member. Since 2008, Activ Doctors Online has created user-friendly, intelligently designed solutions, empowering its over 130,000 members to lead healthier lives by taking control of their Personal Health Records. In addition, Activ Doctors has an extensive e-Consultation service involving medical specialists world-wide.

Activ Doctors Onlines decision to join CTeL as an Executive Member was quite simple. Our telemedicine business model includes Second Medical Opinions as well as E-Consultations, and the current US regulatory environment is continuously evolving. CTeL is acutely aware of these changes on a global scale, and has been a thought leader for decades, said Florent Monssoh, Founder & CEO, Activ Doctors Online. The access to CTeLs research library and legal acumen supports our current healthcare counsel, providing additional support for not only our US but also our global expansion. More importantly, we believe that telemedicine, when properly utilized, improves the standard of healthcare for people worldwide, and that CTeL is a perfect partner to assist us in this journey.

We are pleased to have Activ Doctors Online as a CTeL member. We appreciate the confidence that the company has in CTeLs longstanding legal and regulatory telehealth expertise, said Rob Sprang, President, CTeL Board of Directors and Director of the Kentucky TeleCare Network. We look forward to partnering with Activ Doctors to provide in depth regulatory information on key, telehealth issues as they continue to expand their business model, both domestically and internationally.
