Looking for ways to change up your breakfast with the added benefit of a powerful antioxidant? Incorporating the acai berry is just the way to do that. Acai bowls are easy to make and are full of benefits that will keep you fit and going all day. Follow this recipe for a delicious power booster that will be sure to give you the energy to succeed in your daily routine.

  • SUPER BERRY AÇAÍ BOWL
    Serves 2
  • INGREDIENTS

    Base
    4 packs frozen Açaí berry puree – we love unsweetened from Sambazon (each pack is 3.5 oz)
    2 cups plant milk of choice or coconut water
    2 bananas
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2 tbsp hemp protein powder

    Topping
    1 cup granola
    2 handfuls fresh berries
    4 tbsp hemp seeds

  • DIRECTIONS

    Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until thick and creamy. Add more milk if you prefer.

    Pour the blend into two bowls, top with granola, berries and hemp seeds and serve immediately!
