Accomplished physicians Dr. James Fish and Dr. Borys Loza join leadership team at Personal Health Record and online Second Medical Opinion provider.

As a Medical Director for Activ Doctors Online (ADO), Dr. James Fish manages ADO’s telemedicine and recruitment, and is involved with online Second Medical Opinions. Dr. Fish has been practicing for 23 years and specializes in Emergency Medicine. Fish attended Baylor University and acquired his medical degree at Des Moines University; he received his Board Certification in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Fish is originally from McAllen, TX, and now resides and practices in Florida.
Dr. Borys Loza’s primary role as a Medical Director for Activ Doctors Online is to oversee PHR strategy and development. He is also involved with the company’s online Second Medical Opinion service. Dr. Loza brings 25 years of experience to his role. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Dr. Loza completed his undergrad at the State University of New York at Buffalo and obtained his Medical Degree at the SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. Dr. Loza is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and currently practices in The Villages, Florida.
The physicians join Medical Director, Dr. Howard Zahalsky, who has been managing administration and the Medical Records Assistance Program for ADO since 2010. Dr. Zahalsky also manages and coordinates the online Second Medical Opinion service offered by Activ Doctors Online.
